Lynne Willis, M.A., CCC-SLP, is the owner of Small Talk. Her passion for helping others, particularly young children, as a speech-language pathologist is the foundation of Small Talk’s core values. Her determination and desire to change the delivery of speech-language therapy into a delightful experience for children and their parents has been proven to be successful and is the goal for every child’s treatment program.
Lynne received Bachelor’s degrees in both Communication Disorders and Psychology from Auburn University and her Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Memphis. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology and is licensed by the South Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
She has worked for 14 years as a speech language pathologist providing therapy in many settings such as daycare, natural environment/home, private practice clinic, hospital, and, rehabilitation hospital. She has worked with a wide variety of populations ranging from infancy to geriatrics and all ages in between.
Lynne has completed numerous Continuing Education Programs for Autism spectrum disorder, apraxia, oral-motor, language, swallowing, and feeding issues.
